We’re so excited to invite you and baby to Mommy & Me Mat Pilates!This special class is designed with both mom and baby in mind, offering a gentle, supportive 45-minute Mat Pilates session tailored for pre- and postnatal movement. Children 2 and under! This is a safe, welcoming space to move your body, connect with your baby, and be part of a supportive community of mothers. Feel free to bring your mat and anything you and your baby may need for class.
