I grew up as a gymnast and dancer and I've always had a passion for creative fitness! After graduating from UMKC with my BBA, I wanted to find a way to be active but also have fun! I went to my first group fitness class and fell in LOVE with the community and energy!! I want you to feel the same, to feel motivated to reach your goals on and off the mat.
