On-Demand Studio

Our online studio is ready! Click the link to find our on-demand library and workout from anywhere. Find videos ranging from 5 to 45 min. All fitness level videos for you to find what you need.

Virtual Mat Pilates

This is a 40 min Mat Pilates Private Session on Zoom or FaceTime!

In this class you will have a class fit for your fitness needs, this class could incorporate weights or any other equipment you may have on hand but all classes will use a mat. Experience private Mat Pilates class that blends mindful breathing with controlled movements to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture. Expect to use props like a mini ball, light weights, Pilates ring, and bands if you have them available to use. This is a full body Mat Pilates workout. Shania will contact you prior to class!

Go Beyond

Private & Duet Personal classes are offered in Person & virtually. Each personal training class is designed to meet your individual needs. All classes can be done with just your mat and your body! If props are included they will be provided in your session.

Reformer + Private Session

Core & Full Body Strength

Our 50-minute Reformer + Private Session is a personalized experience designed to meet your unique fitness goals. This session is tailored just for you, focusing on building a strong Pilates foundation with core alignment, controlled movement, and essential techniques. Each session includes progress tracking, so you can celebrate your growth and changes over time. Perfect for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced, this class will prepare you for success in Reformer Sculpt and other advanced Pilates exercises. In addition to the Reformer or Cadillac, we may incorporate props such as a small ball, magic circle, and weights to enhance your workout. Bring your water and get ready to transform!
