At Beyond Barre Fitness, we believe movement is an empowering tool for every stage of life — including pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Our Pre & Postnatal Pilates classes and private sessions are designed to help expectant and new moms stay strong, mobile, and connected to their bodies in a safe, supportive environment. Pilates is a powerful way to build core stability, improve posture, reduce pregnancy-related aches, and prepare the body for birth. After delivery, Pilates can gently restore core function, rebuild strength, and support overall recovery.

Shania, owner of Beyond Barre Fitness, is certified in Pre & Postnatal Pilates through Pilates Sports Center and has worked with numerous moms to help them feel confident in their movement during and after pregnancy. Our studio is equipped with specialized props and Balanced Body Equipment that make these sessions safe, comfortable, and effective. Whether you are expecting, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, Beyond Barre Fitness is your safe space to move, breathe, and care for yourself — because when moms feel strong and supported, the whole family thrives.

Pre & Postnatal Pilates Private Session

Our Pre & Postnatal Private Pilates sessions are designed to honor both you and your baby’s journey. Each 50-minute session is customized to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum recovery, focusing on safe and effective movements that support your core, pelvic floor, and overall strength.

During class, you will be guide you through gentle, yet powerful exercises tailored to your individual needs—whether you’re easing prenatal aches, improving alignment, preparing for labor, or rebuilding strength postpartum. We also incorporate specialized props and equipment, including the Reformer and supportive cushions, to ensure maximum comfort and safety throughout every stage.

At Beyond Barre Fitness, we are committed to being a safe, welcoming space for mothers. With certified Pre & Postnatal Pilates instruction and a focus on mindful breathwork, you’ll leave each session feeling more balanced, supported, and confident in your movement as your body changes.
