Welcome — we’re so glad you’re here!

Beyond Barre Fitness is a Pilates studio created with intention, community, and accessibility at the core. We exist to make Pilates feel welcoming, empowering, and approachable, especially for those who may not have always felt represented or comfortable in traditional fitness spaces.

Our mission is simple: to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency through intentional movement — in a space where you feel supported every step of the way.

Your First Step

Before starting Pilates, we recommend that all clients are cleared for exercise by their medical provider, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from an injury, or managing a chronic condition.

If you’re new to Pilates or new to reformer-based classes, we strongly recommend beginning with one of the following:

✨ Private Reformer Session
A one-on-one introduction to the reformer, Pilates fundamentals, and proper form — perfect if you want personalized guidance.

✨ Foundations Reformer Class
A beginner-friendly group class focused on Pilates basics, alignment, and controlled movement.
